Meet the Team behind the Products

Fighting Chance Solutions was established by a group of educators and entrepreneurs based in Iowa, who identified a critical need in school safety. The goal was to enhance protection for students and teachers during active shooter or violent intruder scenarios by addressing vulnerabilities associated with the door closer arm found on most classroom doors.

The founding team realized that many standard classroom security training programs suggested improvised measures such as using belts to secure doors or barricading entrances with bookshelves.

Motivated to provide educators with a more effective and affordable security option, the team formally organized Fighting Chance Solutions in 2013. Through collaborative effort, they designed and developed The Sleeve, a product specifically created to secure classroom doors quickly and efficiently. Building on this success, the company later introduced The Rampart, which is designed to secure doors that swing inward, further expanding their range of protective solutions.

Today, Fighting Chance Solutions proudly serves and protects a wide variety of settings, including classrooms, homes, offices, hospitality, religious organizations, healthcare, and government institutions across all 50 states.
